Was Your Paper Paycheck Delayed Last Pay Period?
03.31.2020 - To help ensure that your future paychecks are not delayed, we strongly recommend enrolling in direct deposit before 5:00 pm on Monday, April 6, 2020.

Direct deposit is the USNH preferred payment method. It is a safe and efficient way to receive your wage payments; especially true during unplanned interruptions to the normal payment schedules. Direct deposit minimizes the risk of not having access to your paycheck on the pay date due to campus closings or other delays that can occur with traditional mail distribution.

To enroll, please log onto wise.usnh.edu, click on the Employee Services link, select Pay Information and then Direct Deposit Allocation. Click Update Direct Deposit Allocation at the bottom of the screen and answer your security question. Once you complete the required banking information, you will be immediately enrolled, and your next payroll payment will be provided to you via direct deposit.

If you need assistance, please feel free to contact your Campus Payroll Office or USNH Payroll.

COVID-19 and Your Paper Paycheck
03.19.2020 - Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, there will be limited access to campus buildings for some period of time. This will affect the delivery of payroll checks normally distributed to campus addresses, starting with the March 27, 2020 pay date.

It is strongly recommended that all employees receiving checks enroll in direct deposit before 5:00pm on Monday, March 23, 2020.

For those not enrolled, checks will be mailed to the postal mailing address we have on file. If your address is not updated, this will delay receipt. If you do not receive the originally mailed check, reissuance may be delayed due to limited in-office staff on hand to process manual checks.

If you still do not wish to enroll, please take the necessary steps to verify and update your postal mailing address in WISE > Personal Information > View Address(es) and Phone(s) to review/update your Postal Mailing address. If you require assistance, please contact your Campus Payroll Office or USNH Payroll.
