Direct Deposit
12.08.2020 - Save a trip to the bank and get your paycheck cleared faster - sign up for secure direct deposit today!

Direct deposit is the USNH preferred payment method. It is a safe and efficient way to receive your wage payments.Enroll by logging into wise.usnh.edu, click on the Employee Services link, select Pay Information and then Direct Deposit Allocation. Click Update Direct Deposit Allocation at the bottom of the screen. Once you complete the required banking information, you will be immediately enrolled, and your next payroll payment will be provided to you via direct deposit eliminating the risk of not having access to your paycheck on the pay date due to campus closings or other delays that can occur with traditional mail distribution.

EMPLOYEE RIGHTS: Paid Sick Leave and Expanded Family and Medical Leave Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act
04.03.2020 - The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31,2020. The US Department of Labor's Employee Rights Paid Sick Leave and Expanded Family and Medical Leave poster provides further detailed information.
